$250 a week and includes electricity, water and internet.
Second fridge to use.
Have 2 small dogs who are very gentle.
A very safe and quiet house. Not a party house.
I am looking for someone who doesn't smoke or does drugs.
Location is Waterford West and the nearest train station is Loganlea.
I am easy with the length of time you need to stay (short or long term).
