*Requirements for applicants:

- must have a valid driver's license or international driver's license

⭐️Applicants who have experience in driving tractors are preferred; however, applicants with great attitude and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

*Working conditions

- piece rates apply to most positions(very good rates)

- hourly rates will also be used at the manager's discretion depending on the weather conditions

- lengths of employement: 3~4 months (commencing at the end of January) with additional work for some positions 

- 6-7 days a week work, weather permitting

1. 농장명: Minter Magic(Iraak, VIC 3494)

2. 위치: 빅토리아주 Iraak(3494) - Mildura에서 자동차로 약 15분 

3. 소속회사명: 드림 하베스트(Dream Harvest Pty Ltd)

4. 포지션 및 모집인원: 약30명 – 픽커30명 (남.녀가능)

5. 지원 자격

- 호주에서 합법적으로 일할 수 있는 비자 소지자

6. 여름시즌 근무 조건 (*드림 하베스트는 Fairwork Horticulture Award2010[MA000028]를 준수합니다.)

- 아스파라거스 픽킹 & 팩킹 

- 시급제 (주간 $24.80, 야간 $28.51) 적용. 야간 시급은 오후 8시 30분부터 오전 4시 59분까지 적용됨.

- 하루7-10시간 (주간shift+야간Shift) , 주 6일 (Rotating Shift) 근무 주 평균 40시간                                       

- 오전 Shift는 오전 5시 시작이며 픽킹 근무(3-4시간) 후 팩킹쉐드(3-4시간 근무)로 이동하여 근무하게 됨.

- 저녁Shift (약 3-4시간) 근무. 팩킹 쉐드 근무가 끝나고 휴식 시간 가진 후에 저녁 6시부터 픽킹 시작.

- 크리스마스 & 새해 휴일 ( 12월 25일 - 1월1일)로 인해 약 7주일 휴무 예정

디파짓: $300

렌트비: 도미토리-주 $150 / 2인1실 with toilet-주당 $170 / 2인1실 without toilet-주당 $160

8. 차량 소지자 우대. 차량 없을 시 농장까지 유료 픽업 서비스 제공(하루 $5)
