Administration Officer
OZK Cleaning Services is a growing commercial cleaning company that offers a supportive and vibrant work environment. We are proud to deliver high quality services to our customers and we are currently expanding our business.
We are looking to appoint an Administration Officer to help manage our existing and potential clients.
Key duties:
• Responding to new and potential clients by phone and email
• Creating, preparing and sending documents
• Scheduling and arranging timetables
• Delivering excellent customer service
Candidate must have:
• Excellent computer skills
• Exceptional time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

Training will be provided; however, it is preferred that the candidate have experience with office tasks. Some knowledge of the cleaning industry is advantageous. We are looking for someone who is keen and willing to learn and grow with the company.
