*Main Job Duties

Maintain good relationships with new and existing customers (Mainly Japanese and Asian

cuisine Restaurants) to discuss their needs and to explain how specific products and services

can meet these needs.

Answer customers’ questions about prices, availability, and product uses.

Monitoring customers’ payments for sold products.

Collecting the market information.

Collaborate with other departments such as Warehouse / Purchasing / Admin & the Office to

achieve smooth flows from customers’ order to delivery.

*Important Qualities

Language: Fluent in Japanese and English / Valid driver license in QLD / Basic Computer Skill /

Customer-service Skill / Interpersonal Skill
