Duties
· Filing, photocopying, scanning
· Managing accounts, invoices and orders
· Preparing and completing the application forms and submission under the supervision of migration agent
· Liaising with clients to collect documentation and information requested by migration agent
· Assisting clients to prepare statements · Billing clients
· Maintaining records and journals
· Secretarial and executive support services to Subcontractors
· Preparing communications on behalf of a migration agent
· Organizing and planning meeting
· Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
· Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting director may require
· Maintain clean office environment
· Various ad hoc requests Responsibilities
· Meet the Deadline
· Maintaining appropriate compliance for other team
· Helping in marketing activities and events
· Any other activities that creates leads for the business
· Any other works appropriate for the scope instructed by management Skills and Knowledge
· Customer service skills
· Communication and interpersonal communication – Basic phone and email etiquette
· Attention to details, passion to work and multitasking ability
· MS Office, emailing, and other software management and adaption
· Ability to work in multicultural team
