We are located very close to USC, just 10-15mins by walking, 5mins by bike

Coles is also nearby within 5-10mins walking, 3-5mins by bike

* You have your own bathroom, don't need to share with anyone

* Single room with a queen bed

* Study desk, chair and bookshelf are provided

* Build-in wardrobe 

*Minimum stay: 3 months

* Rent: $180/week (bills are included)
