This townhouse is close to bus stop to city which takes only 4-5 mins on warrigal road and complex with 24hours fruit and veg shop, Asian grocery, IGA for easy shopping. 

We are looking for tidy and respectable person that maintain their room and house clean and not give other people uncomfortable thigns,

You will use a bathroom and shower room with ONLY 1 another single room share mate (Only 2 of you share them)

​Cleaning is weekly rotated by rooms,It is 4 bedrooms, so that means once a month you will clean up the whole house with all equipment provided.
