We are looking for a housemate to stay in a single room at New House, located at the entrance to Pallara, an 8-minute drive from Sunny Bank Hills Shopping Center.

A total of 4 people will stay in the two-story house. It is built to be cool in the summer and warm in the winter, and each room and living room can be used for air conditioning. High ceilings, comfortable conditions, and a house with the best comfortable atmosphere.

Room - double size bed. Cover, blanket, pillow and storage cabinet. Full-length mirror and built-in wardrobe. Air conditioner, mood lighting

Living room - large TV. K drama & Movie available. Spacious and comfortable environment.

Everyone is a full-time or part-time worker, so this is the best place to stay comfortably in a really clean house. No unnecessary touches. Parking available in front of the house.  bus station 30 seconds away.

$200 per week, 2 weeks notice and deposit.

Free kitchen and laundry detergent and all bills included.
