For anyone looking for long-term accommodation in Wishart, we are renting our our house for 6 months (up to one year depending on circumstances).

We are looking to rent the whole property including 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (does not include the master bedroom/ensuite, which will be locked). House is just 10 minutes walk from Garden City shopping center.

Available date: 29th of August

Maximum people to stay: 2 people

Price: $380 per week includes bills (e.g. NBN internet and utilities). If actual bills significantly exceed usual amounts per previous bills, the difference will be on-charged to you).

House condition: fully furnished (Tv,Ac,bed,fridge,oven,microwave, sofa,coffee tables,dining table with chairs, 1 queen bed and 1 double bed)

Minimum stay : 6 month
Payment : 1 month deposit($1520), 2 weeks up front payment( $760)
