Me and my partner are looking for housemates in our new home in Southbank.

It is a double room,
We provide either 2 single beds or 1 double bed.
2 people are $340/week
1 person is $300/week

This includes all bills ( reasonable usage of course)
Two weeks bond is needed and will return to you if a notice is given to us two weeks before you move out.
The room is ready for you to move in.

We are students from Hong Kong and Taiwan, and are looking for long term housemates who are friendly, clean and tidy. (Prefer girls and non-smokers)
Most of the day time we won’t be at home, but we enjoy a nice dinner with our friends at night sometimes.
