Must have own transportation as there's no public transport to the city, but there's a bus to Sunnybank only. Nearby shopping centres include Forest Lake (8 minutes), Sunnybank Hills, and Calamvale (13 minutes).

You'll share a bathroom with one other person living in the adjacent room.

Upon moving in, you'll join a household of a couple and one other current housemate, making a total of four people

The house is newly built, clean, and all housemates are tidy.

Rent is $150 per week, inclusive of all bills. A 2-week bond and 2 weeks' notice are required.

Rice is provided.

Small dogs are welcome as there's a small dog in the house.
