We’re looking for one female sharemate to rent a private room in our second bedroom.

We hope to find someone who is familiar with shared living, keeps things clean, and plans to stay long-term. Non-smokers only, please!

The house is conveniently located:
• About 8 minutes’ walk to South Bank Parklands
            and the train station.
• A 1-minute walk to buses heading to the city
            and the free West End Loop bus.

Room Features:
• Ample storage space: a large built-in wardrobe
            with drawers and hanging space.
• Personal shoe cabinet.
• Full-length mirror, desk and chair, laundry basket.
• Seasonal bedding provided: cooling pad and light blanket
            for summer / thick winter bedding for winter.

House Features:
• Fully equipped with essential appliances, including a
          fridge with an ice and water dispenser, a Cuckoo rice
          cooker, capsule coffee machine, and more.
• Supplies provided: rice, laundry detergent (with softener),
            dish soap, hand soap, and kitchen towels.
• Personal key.
• All bills included (internet, electricity, water etc.)

Terms:
• Minimum stay of 2 months.
• 2 weeks’ deposit and 2 weeks’ notice required.
        • The room is available from December 2nd
        • The rent fee is $320 per week.
