It's easy to get a job to a nearby shopping center or city without a car

Coles, McDonald's, Baskin Robbins, convenience stores, and gyms within a five-minute walk

Westfield Shopping Center, walking to Ikea

+ bathroom are used by only 2 people (total of 4 people live in this house)

+ Non smoker, looking for someone neat ^^

+ There are drawers/closet/Single bed/desk in the room.

It's been a while since I bought a refrigerator and washing machine, so it's really good. You can run it anytime during day time

And there is a parking and car wash space in the town house, and there is a swimming pool, so you can play in the water.

+ Room price: $240 per week / 2 weeks pay / Notice 2 weeks / minimum stay 2months

(Including internet and electricity bills in the bill, Toilet paper)
