Hello! We are looking for sharemate to share our 4-bedroom house in Underwood. The house is situated in a quiet, family friendly neighbourhood with parks and shops nearby. and we’d love to find someone who values a peaceful and tidy living environment.
House Details:
Location: Underwood
Convenience: less than five minute drive to Kuraby train station and Underwood Marketplace (Woolies, Aldi, 24hr fruit market, restaurants).
House Type: 4-bedroom house
Current Tenants: Myself, my wife (we are Korean) and another flatmate (Korean who can speak Japanese)
Rent: $220 per week (incl all bills and unlimited internet, Rice is provided)
Bond: $440 Two weeks' rent
notice: 2 weeks notice
Room Details: Spacious room with a fan, wardrobe, double bed and all necessary furniture included.

Shared Spaces:
You will be have your own spacious room and share the bathroom with one other flatmate.
