I have a single room with a double bed. room is fitted with a ceiling fan and AC. It also comes with a closet, a bedside table and study table 

The living room is fitted with AC as well, and includes a TV, a large dining table and a couch to share.  You can watch Netflix or YouTube on the TV in the living room. 

 The kitchen includes a capsule coffee machine and an airfryer to share. 

Other than that you will need to use your own utensils and supplies.
