Hello. 

We are looking for one person to share a single room in Pallara near Acacia Ridge. 

Since there is no transportation, it would be convenient for those who have their own car. (There is only a bus to Sunnybank.) 

The nearest shopping centers are Forest Lake (8 minutes), Sunnybank Hills, and Calamvale (13 minutes). 

When you come in, you will share the bathroom with the person who lives next door. 

When you come in, there will be a total of 4 people staying in the house, including my husband and the sharemate who is currently living there. 

All bills included, $160 per week, 2 weeks bond fee, 2 weeks notice please. Rice is provided.

 + we have a small dog at home. If you like dogs,  very welcome you. ^^
