Looking for Housemates for Master Room in Wakerly

We are looking for two housemates to join us (a couple) in our house. A total of 4 people will be living here.

**Location**: The bus stop to Carindale is a 10-minute walk away, but it would be more convenient to have your own car. Street parking is available, and you can park in front of the house.

**Conditions**:
- We are both non-smokers, so we would prefer non-smokers to move in as well.
- The rent is $400 per week, including all bills.
- 2-week deposit and 2 weeks’ notice are required.
