Job Position:
Monday to Wednesday 9am to 3pm
Flexibility is a MUST, as will sometimes be required to work on Thursday and Friday as well with notice
Start ASAP, training will be provided for the right candidate

Key Duties and Responsibility:
Administration duties – Data entry, answering phone calls, responding to emails, sales processing (invoicing), filing, general office duty.
Maintain and update Website
Maintain Office and Showroom
Skill Required:
Computer Skill (Microsoft Office is essential)
MYOB (some understanding of MYOB)
Strong communication Skills- Oral and Written
High level phone skills
High attention to details
The Person:
Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese an advantage
Good English speaking and Written capabilities
Lively and outgoing personality
No Working Holiday Visa
Prefer people who can work long-term
