[UNDERWOOD] FLOORING SHOP - Hiring Staff for Sales/Retail/Warehouse Role 

As part of our expansion to a bigger showroom, we are seeking a capable individual to join us with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. 

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in-person, over the phone and via email to assist them in providing the best possible product based on their budget and needs
• Issuing invoices and quotations using Xero Software (training provided)
• Admin duties such as booking in customer appointments
• Receiving incoming stock & moving of inventory
• Assistance in dispatching of customer's purchases (pickups and deliveries)

Expected Skills & Experience

• Friendly, approachable and commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Positive mindset and a 'can do' attitude
• Clear communication with customers and management
• Physically capable of lifting heavy flooring and timber products
• Valid Australian Drivers License
• Experience in the industry is not required but would be an advantage
• Forklift license or experience is not required but would be an advantage (Training can be provided)

We will be looking for Full-time or Part-time staff. Salary or hourly rates will vary depending on your experience and skills.
