As a Sunny Care home care worker, you will provide support and assistance to elderly people on home care packages Levels 1 to 4, providing the following services:

· Personal Care

· Medication Assistance

· Companionship and social activities

· Domestic tasks

· Meal preparation

· Shopping

· Transportation

About You:

• Experience providing home care services to older people and NDIS clients
• Good communication and team work skills
• Smart mobile phone with internet access
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates
• Current Australian Federal Police check
• Current Australian Drivers License
• Reliable and clean registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
• Certificate III Aged Care/Home and Community Care/Individual Support ( prefer but not necessary )
• Australian Residency Status or valid Australian Working Rights
