I have  been looking for a housemate. It is 2br and 2 bathroom apartment and near the garden city shopping mall. So, you would have your own bathroom. The house mate would be female full/part time worker or full time student as I am a full time worker and female. I prefer asian female student. Only 2people would live in the place so it is good for a student who wants to focus on their study with cozy and convenient environment. 
Rent would be 180/per week and plus electricity bill (sharing with me). I will pay water and wifi fee. The living has been furnished and the room is empty. However, I will set up the room after someone moves in and discuss of some matters.
