We are looking for a Asian girl to be our housemate, the location is in South bank, walk 5 minutes to culture centre station/ woolworths/ Starbucks/cols. Commonwealth bank and IGA and bus station are downstairs. 199/196 can go to city directly every 10 minutes!

You will have your own big room ( Queen size bed) with your own bathroom, the balcony and living are so big, it's not a very comfortable house, everything around the apartment is full of Gress ????

We are going to move in around 13 Nov, the rent is 250 per week ( negotiable) and 2 weeks bond.

We are an international couple, we are easy going, the girl is a student and has part time job on weekday, the boy is a financial worker and is works at home but most of the time he stays in the room. We are quite busy and this is not a party house but are happy to have some drinks on the weekend if we are free!
