We’re looking for a couple to share the rent with us at the Gabba Central apartment in Woolloongabba, known for the great access. It is located on a high level, so not many insects come in.

The room is a second bedroom for 2 people, and you will share the spacious and clean bathroom with only one more person (3 people in total). If you want to use the room alone, its negotiable, so feel free to contact me.

There are 4 people living in this apartment.

The features of your room include:
* High grade queen size bed with an expensive mattress topper.
* An entire wall of mirrored built-in closet with more than enough storage.
* Own private balcony
* Fan provided
* Personal keys for both provided
* Manchester provided

Important rules: 2 weeks (14 days) notice term, 2 weeks of rent for deposit, $150 per week per person, no minimum stay.

* Not a rent for profit!
* Dishwashing soap, cleaning tools, single use stuff (wraps, foils, freezer bags), genuine high quality rice cooker (Cookoo), dishes, toaster, sandwich press etc are all provided
* Air conditioner in the living room
* LG washing machine

* Filtered water on the tap
* Unlimited NBN internet

If you need a parking, we can organise a parking through the main office.

1 minute to Woolloongabba busway (easy to go to city, 11 minutes by bus, 5 minutes by car).

On the ground level of this complex, there are Coles, asian market, bottle shop, post office, cafe and more!

Facilities include BBQ, rooftop pool and large swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym.

Great accessibility at a clean and quiet apartment. Also strongly recommended to students going to UQ, QUT, Griffith, TAFE and more.
