About the property
This property is located on level 20 in Skytower with a spacious balcony and beautiful views of the CBD and Botanic Gardens. You'll have access to the gym, pool and barbecue facilities. The building is centrally-located to everything you could want!
High-speed internet included.
The apartment is fully-furnished, and your room includes a double bed, two side tables and a built-in wardrobe. ***Update: I will provide a desk and chair for your room if you'd prefer to study in your room, but I would require a 12-month lease.***
Rental options (all utilities included):
12-month lease: $310/wk (2 weeks' rent for bond required); or
6-month lease: $320/wk (2 weeks' rent for bond required).
I am happy to consider a $20 reduction on the above rental options If you'd prefer to pay your portion of the utilities rather than a fixed rental amount, However, the all-inclusive rental amount offers you certainty over the utilities.
If you'd like a car space, I may be able to offer a secure car space under the Meriton (access via Arch Lane) for $75/wk.
About the flatmate
I have only just moved in and furnished this property.
This property will have only two flatmates: you and I; no couples need apply.
I'm easy-going and a clean, tidy, friendly and sociable law clerk/student.
