Hi, I'm looking for pickers in chilli/zucchini/capsicum farm in Bundaberg, QLD

Farm name: Okey Dokey Farms

Our main crop is chilli.

I pay fairly and flexibly, depend on the season and amount of fruits but usually.

Mostly 5-6 days a week.

Chilli $4.50-$5.50/buckets (people usually earn $25-$35/hour)

Zucchini $3.20/buckets

Capsicum $24.80/hour


Work starts from sunrise, finish around 2-3pm



In the end of the day, you get fair amount of money if you are loyal to work and I like to see that.


Superannuation of 9.5% is legally paid,

Weekly wage and payslip is provided every Friday.

No contractor here, so directly hired and paid from the farm.

Valid job for Working Holiday Visa holders to extend 2n d/3rd year visa.


We have accommodation, comfortable shared house,

Single room: $140/week

Double room: $120/w/person

$200 deposit, 2weeks leaving notice.

Wifi, washing machine, kitcheney, blacket&pillow are there , and fully furnished.


I like to keep fair/win-win relationship in between me and employees.

This farm is not here to exploit workers.

This farm never end season so we have work all year round.
