Foot & Ankle Experts Health Clinic in Hamilton is seeking a Medical Receptionist. Ideally we are looking for someone who can speak and write in both Korean & English very well.

We are a young vibrant clinic located in Hamilton riverside. We are a podiatry first clinic, but we also provide physio, acupuncture and nutrition services.

We are a high energy lot. And as a team as both practitioner and admin, we try to give our best to all our patients. 

Your role as a medical receptionist would be the first point of contact in both person and on the phone.
We are looking for someone with a bright personality, the ability to multitask, a strong work ethic and strong computer skills.
Previous experience in the role would be advantageous, but not essential.

This role would suit a podiatry student or any other health student who is looking for a peek into the industry.

About the role: 

• This position will be permanent part time with a set weekly schedule, 10 - 15 hours a week.
  
  

• We are currently looking at 5 hours on Wednesday afternoons and 5 hours on Friday morning. Though there is some flexibility to shift things around a little bit, to work within your schedule.
  
  

• Base salary of $21-$26 an hour, depending on your experience.

Reporting directly to the Practice Manager your daily duties will include:

• Greeting patients in a bright and professional manner

• Booking patient appointments

• Data entry of personal and confidential information

• Processing payments

• Answering Incoming calls

• Practitioner diary management

• Assisting practice manager with admin overflow as required

We provide you with initial training and any additional training if required.
