Foot & Ankle Experts Health Clinic in Hamilton is seeking a Medical Receptionist. Ideally we are looking for someone who can speak and write in both Korean & English very well.
We are a young vibrant clinic located in Hamilton riverside. We are a podiatry first clinic, but we also provide physio, acupuncture and nutrition services.
We are a high energy lot. And as a team as both practitioner and admin, we try to give our best to all our patients.
Your role as a medical receptionist would be the first point of contact in both person and on the phone.
We are looking for someone with a bright personality, the ability to multitask, a strong work ethic and strong computer skills.
Previous experience in the role would be advantageous, but not essential.
This role would suit a podiatry student or any other health student who is looking for a peek into the industry.
About the role:
This position will be permanent part time with a set weekly schedule, 10 - 15 hours a week.
We are currently looking at 5 hours on Wednesday afternoons and 5 hours on Friday morning. Though there is some flexibility to shift things around a little bit, to work within your schedule.
Base salary of $21-$26 an hour, depending on your experience.
Reporting directly to the Practice Manager your daily duties will include:
Greeting patients in a bright and professional manner
Booking patient appointments
Data entry of personal and confidential information
Processing payments
Answering Incoming calls
Practitioner diary management
Assisting practice manager with admin overflow as required
We provide you with initial training and any additional training if required.
