Hanaromart, the No.1 Asian grocery supermarket in Queensland with years of expertise in Asian food. We store supervisors Helensvale and Robina. 

The successful candidate will be offered a salary position + bonus incentives and will be required to be available across all store trading hours. Applicants must have previous experience in leading a team and working within a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Visual merchandising and stock control
• Training and development of team members in sales, service, and safety
• Managing all day-to-day operations of the store.

To be considered for this role you need to be able to meet the following selection criteria:

• The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• A passion for customer service and sales achievement
• Experience in developing staff and motivating teams
• Demonstrated ability in supervising, stock management, merchandise, and loss prevention processes
• The ability to work within a dynamic and physical retail environment
• Strong awareness of health and safety policies
• An eye for detail, with the ability to problem-solve and adapt to change
