We currently have a room available in our quiet and tidy home. The house is well-maintained, and we take pride in keeping it clean and organized.

We are three full-time working professionals. Our home environment is peaceful and conducive to work and relaxation.

About the House:

·         Located in Algester, Southside

·         Water, electricity, internet, Kitchen detergent, Bedding and dishes, Water purifier - included

·         Garage parking available at an additional cost

·         The bus stop is about a 20-minute walk away, so it’s ideal for someone who owns a car.

Long-Term Stay (More than 2 months):

·         $180 per week, 2 weeks notice and 2 weeks deposit

Short-Term Stay (Less than 1 month):

·         $250/week for more than a week

·         1 night - $45/night

·         More than 1 night - $40/night

·         $50 deposit

The house is cleaned almost daily, and I can share photos upon request via text message.
