지속적인 QLD 고객 증가와 시장 확장으로 새로운 QLD 직원을 채용하고자 합니다. Sydney Macquarie Park에 Head quarter로 위치한 Minimax는 현재 Dental 에서 Medical로 사업 확장 중이며, 호주 내에서 Dental & Medical 전체 1위를 목표하고 있는 회사입니다. 

20-30대로 구성된 젊은 회사로 비젼이 있는 분야에서 전문성을 키우고, 즐겁게 일하며 함께 성공할 분을 모시고 있습니다.

1. Minimax Implant & Medical 들어본 적 없는데 도대체 어떤 회사인가?

1) 호주 훈남 훈녀 직원 약 30여명이 즐겁게 일하는 회사로

치과 장비, 기구, 재료, 수입, 마케팅, 교육 사업까지 모든 부분의 서비스를 제공하는 회사

2) 덴탈 임플란트를 수입하여 호주 치과의사들에게 교육 및 판매 홍보 인허가를 다 하는 전문 교육 팀을 가진 회사

3) Implant, X-ray, Dental Chair, Equipment 등 단순히 제품 판매만 목적이 아닌 의사 분들을 위한 세미나 / 심포지엄을 개최하여 Dentist들에게 교육과 트레이닝 및 Digital Dentistry를 제공하는 유일한 회사

5) Dentist에게 Best Service & Support 를 목표로, 의사 분들에게 더 유명한 회사

[ Sales Assistant ]

Your key responsibilities:

- Manage incoming enquiries and ensure excellent customer service is provided

- Providing support to the Sales team, manage current workflows and forecast orders

- Work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve team goals and deliver on a business result

- Develop and maintain strong relationships within immediate team, support functions and broader business

[ Sales Representative ]

Your key responsibilities:

- Ambition to pursue a career in sales or experience in a field-based Sales Representative role 

- Develop long-term, relationships with clients to deliver an outstanding service and support

- Proactive, assertive, results and goal-orientated 

- Track record which shows ability to work to KPIs

- Have the Will to Win

[ Administration Officer ]

Your key responsibilities:

- Handle multiple tasks and prioritize them.

- Know your way around Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Gmail).

- Keep things organized and on time.

- Help with invoicing and stock management.

- Plan and run events and conferences.

Mon - Fri 09:00 - 18:00

Tea break 10:30 - 11:00, 16:00 - 16:30 (flexible)

Lunch break 12:30 - 13:30 (flexible)

[ Receptionist ]

Your key responsibilities:

- Email & Call organize to the team member

- Providing excellent customer service and client care

- Data entry, processing payments and receipting

- Accurate handling of EFTPOS transactions

- General office duties

- Experience with Microsoft Office

[ Packing Staff ] 

10:00 - 15:00 (Lunch break 12:30 - 13:30) total 4hrs / $25 per hour

Part time available

Your key responsibilities:

- General office duties

- Attention to details

- A fast, efficient worker

[ Event Coordinator ]

Your key responsibilities:

- Main POC for all functions and event bookings.

- Working collaboratively with team for delivery of event, GM, Food and Beverage team and operational departments

- Familiarity with Microsoft office, including Excel, Word and Gmail

- Ability to manage and organize work and self in a systematic, accurate and timely manner

- Managing and coordinate handover to operations for all events 

- Plan, organize, promote and run events, conferences and functions

[ Dental Technicians ]

Your key responsibilities:

- Designer for Cad/Cam mainly using 3Shape and some Exocad

- Very strong computer literacy and ability to natively pick up on new software and tools

- 3d printing, models, Trays, Appliances, ordering componentry

- Crown and Bridge, diagnostic mock ups, implant planning 

- Answering Phone and Email in Friendly manner
