The whole upstair is independent access with 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 big kitchen, 1 huge back deck, and laundry. 

It locates at Eildon Rd, Windsor , 5minutes walking to the Windsor train station,which is 3 stops to city ,2 stops to fortitude valley.  6 minute to QUT KG by Bus333, RBWH is walkable.BUS77 will send you to Griffith Uni in 17 minutes.To UQ, 10minutes by 77 to Buranda busway,then 5 minutes to UQ lake; or 20 minutes by train to Boggo rd, then 2 minutes to UQ lake.
