???? We're looking for a Chef at Mary Mae's, Brisbane Powerhouse ????

Are you enthusiastic, collaborative, and positive? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a chef with  pastry backgrounds or experiences to join our team!

What You'll Do:

• Preparing Mise-en-place and producing menu items (such as burgers, salads and so on)

• Backing up the dessert section by producing pastry items (such as cakes, mousses)

• monitoring and enforcing food safety and hygiene procedures on a daily basis

• Being able to work flexible hours including weekend

What We Offer:

• Around 20 hours up to 30 hours depending on the situations

• Base on fair work casual rat + 11.5% super. Provide staff meal and break.
