We're on the lookout for full time chef & head chef to join our friendly team at kajoku restaurant and backdoor cafe

We are located in Toowoomba which is 1hour and 30mins away from Brisbane.

A bit about you:

• Your hands on attitude and enthusiasm for food energizes the kitchen and its menu
• You enjoy your work and its fast-paced environment and are comfortable with working in the kitchen with a small team of casual kitchen staff 
• You select and surround yourself with a great back-of-house support team to work cooperatively and productively 
• You have a passion for hospitality and your professionalism is demonstrated in the quality food you produce, the work environment you foster and bellies you satisfy
• You enjoy playing a vital role in a growing small business, value a team-focused, family-orientated culture and are a great communicator
• You are responsible and proactive to monitor successes and propose change
• Trade qualifications and valid accreditations.
• You have experience working in Asian kitchen especially Korean or Japanese.
