We are looking for a clean, non-smoking person to live with us, Australian and Japanese couple. Our townhouse is located in a nice and safe suburb on the North Side.

Own room: Fully furnished with own bathroom
Utilities: Includes utilities, Wi-Fi, cleaning supplies, etc.
Bus Stops: 3-minute walk to bus stop #350, 10-minute walk to bus stop #359
To the city: 30 minutes by bus (normal hours) to 50 minutes (peak hours)
Chermside Shopping Centre: 10-minute drive
Parking: Visitor parking and street parking available
Car: A car is recommended in this area

Rent:

Rent: $250/week
Bond: $250 (refundable if no damage upon moving out)

Other Conditions:

Minimum stay: None, but we ask for notice 2 weeks in advance if you plan to move out.
Available from: February 3rd onwards
Couples and pets are not allowed.
