Up for rent is a decently large room with a built-in closet. New bed sheets and pillows will be replaced before moving in.  

- kitchen & utensils are free to use, just clean up after yourself.

- The laundry machines are free to use.

- Bus stop right outside the property.

- Train station 10 min walk.

- Shops are about a 10-minute walk to the Logan Central shopping plaza.

- You'll be sharing the property with other housemates. 

Everyone's pretty chill and friendly. Everyone works full-time, and we all pretty much live in our own rooms 95% of the time. If you're into cars, gaming, or anime, you'll fit right in.

We're looking for someone who is the following. 

- Non-smoker - Must be done outside.

- Non-drinker - Must be done outside.

- No Drugs.

- Chilled/Friendly. 

- Works or studies full-time or a mix of both. 

- long-term renter.

- Be respectful of everyone else.

- Must be clean and clean up after themself 

- (Extremely important), If you're a dirty/lazy person, then don't bother, you'll be kicked out immediately if you can't follow the simple house rules.

- Only street parking is available.
