Sushi Train Manager – Full Time

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sushi Train Manager to join our team.

Location: Keperra, Brisbane
Salary: From $75,000+ per year (depending on experience) + Super

Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily restaurant operations
* Manage and lead front-of-house and kitchen staff
* Ensure excellent customer service
* Handle staff rostering and training
* Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
* Manage stock ordering and inventory control
* Assist in achieving sales and profitability targets

Requirements:

* Previous restaurant management experience (Japanese restaurant or sushi train experience preferred)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, organized, and hands-on attitude
* Knowledge of food safety and workplace regulations
* Must have full working rights in Australia
