Momo Chicken, one of Brisbane’s largest Korean fried chicken franchise brands, is currently seeking additional Back of House (BOH) kitchen staff to join our team at the South bank & Garden City

Preferred Candidates

• Students majoring in Cookery or Hospitality

• Student visa holders welcome

• Employer sponsorship (Subclass 482) may be available depending on performance and capability

Key Responsibilities – BOH

• Strong interest in Korean food and cooking, with a high level of responsibility and reliability

• Maintain kitchen equipment and facilities in good condition

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met

• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements

• Accurate understanding and preparation of menu items

• Kitchen duties include: kitchen assistance, dishwashing, prep work, and frying

Requirements

• Anyone who loves chicken is welcome to apply – no prior experience required

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

• Attention to detail with a customer-focused mindset

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
