About the Role
As a Sunnycare Home Care Worker, you will provide support and assistance to elderly clients with Home Care Packages (Level 1–4), helping them live independently in their own homes.

Your duties may include:
• Personal care
• Medication assistance
• Companionship and social activities
• Domestic tasks and household support
• Meal preparation
• Shopping assistance
• Transportation to appointments and activities

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience providing home care services to elderly clients and/or NDIS participants
• Professional proficiency in English
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A smartphone with internet access
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates
• Current Australian Federal Police Check
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
• A reliable and clean registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
• Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support / Home and Community Care
• Australian residency or valid working rights in Australia
