Full-Time Food Production Worker Wanted

We are looking for a full-time employee to join our food manufacturing facility in Woodridge.

Location

Woodridge, QLD

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Starting at 8:00 am
• Finishing times may vary depending on the workload.

Key Responsibilities

• Salad and food production
• Preparing and processing vegetables and fruit
• Packing and labeling products
• Assisting with production-line tasks
• Cleaning and organizing the work area

Pay Rates

• Base hourly rate: $25.74 ~$35
• Overtime after 38 hours per hour: $38.61 (1.5× the base rate)
• Overtime after 41 hours per hour: $51.48 (2× the base rate)
• Superannuation paid separately
• Paid weekly every Thursday

Requirements

• Must have the legal right to work in Australia
• Reliable and responsible and able to work well as part of a team
• Physically capable of standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks
• Previous food manufacturing or production experience is preferred
• Basic English communication skills
• Own transport and/or applicants living nearby are preferred
