방은 5명이 쓰는데 다들 착하고 공용 공간도 깨끗해요. 2주에 한 번씩 클리너가 와서 청소도 해줘요
방에는 에어컨 겸 히터 구비되어있고 외에 책상, 전등, 침대, 옷장, 자작 나무 서랍장, 큰 거울, 의자, 그리고 필요하시면 제 이불도 빌려드려요
Toowong까지는 버스로 단 3분 거리고, 집 앞에 바로 버스 정류장이 있어 city도 15분 내외입니다

Hi,
I'm offering a spot in a shared student accommodation in Brisbane St Lucia from June 13th to July 25th.

 The cost is $285 per week, all bills included, totaling $1710 for the full period. Once it is fully confirmed with me, you can pay $1710 and I can give you the key for house and can use for the designated period of time.

The house is shared with five friendly individuals who keep the common areas clean. A cleaning service comes every two weeks.

The room features air conditioning, a table, a bed, a wardrobe, a DIY drawer, a large mirror, and chairs. You can also borrow my blanket.

Located near Toowong, just a 3-minute bus ride away, and there’s a bus stop right in front of the house for easy access to the city.
